Description of the implementation

Staff benefits include: health/medical, dental, vision, bereavement, relocation/travel assistance, adoption, employee discount, supplemental life insurance and parental leave.
The IKEA U.S. medical plan covers a portion of gender confirmation counselling and surgery.
Training modules help enable all IKEA co-workers to become aware of their unconscious biases around sexual orientation and gender identity and learn how to take actions to reduce these biases.
