To contribute to the protection of rights and combating discrimination against LGBTI+ people in the workplace and in employment through the development and implementation of educational models and tools, knowledge exchange and fostering cooperation between unions, employers and civil society organizations and raising awareness of workers’ rights among the LGBTI+ community.

Workplace Equality Indicator, an instrument by which organizations can measure their performance and success in reducing discrimination based on sexual orientation and / or gender identity and expression and creating an inclusive environment in the workplace
