Field Report of the WE-Project outlining results from 6 countries encompassing results and qualitative analysis of 93 individual interviews (from LGBTIQ youth and stakeholder focus groups) and exploratory cross-sectional quantitative analysis of 424 young LGBTIQ participants has been submitted to the European Commission.
The report shows differences between countries and explores individual lived experiences of LGBTIQ youth from different European regions outlining positive and negative experiences. Furthermore, the report provides insights into potential avenues to enact change, not only from the view of LGBTIQ youth but also stakeholders of different professions and engagement. Exploratory quantitative data analysis provides robust estimates of reported experienced or witnessed discrimination, managerial follow ups as well as sociodemographic characteristics of the study participants.
