Work package 1: Project management & coordination

Lead: Medical University of Vienna

The objective for WP1 is to ensure the success of the implementation of the project and its core activities as well as the communication among consortium bodies and European Commission.

Work package 2: Knowledge building

Lead: Comenius University in Bratislava
The objective for WP2 is to find and summarize findings related to existing framework of LGBT+Q+ equality and non-discrimination principles in the work place as well as the application of said framework. The methods used range from an international framework analysis to qualitative interviews and focus groups with relevant stakeholders and LGBT+Q+ people to a standardized online survey.

Work package 3: Development of e-learning platform and educative materials

Lead: Forum for Freedom in Education

The objective for WP3 is to develop an e-learning platform based on results from WP2. The e-learning platform will address LGBTI+ youth and professionals and will raise awareness through specific trainings and educational materials.

Work package 4: Development of interactive Toolkit

Lead: Universidad de Valencia – Polibienestar Research Institute

The objective for WP4 is to develop an interactive toolkit of work-based good practices combating discrimination of sexuality and gender minorities as well as providing policy recommendations for the improvement of the European approach of discrimination against LGBTI+ youth in the workplace.

Work package 5: Dissemination and sustainability of the project

Lead: SORA – Institute for Social Research and Consulting

The objective for WP 5 is to establish different ways of communication and dissemination to inform, engage and create awareness about the WE PROJECT.
