Matej Horvat is an associate professor at Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law, where he also holds the position of deputy head of the Department of Administrative and Environmental Law. His scientific research focuses on various aspects of administrative law that help to safeguard the rule of law principle in relation to the state and local government and to natural and legal persons.
