Alexander Stojanovic

RESEARCHER

Alexander Stojanovic started his career path in qualitative research while still a student of ethnology and socio-cultural anthropology at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philosophy, as well as an outreach worker for an NGO called “Regeneration”. After that he continued building his skills as a qualitative interviewer at the Serbian Institute of Public Health “Dr Milan Jovanovic Batut”, working on a project entitled “Research among most at risk populations for HIV and among people living with HIV (2013)”. His research and intellectual interests include cognitive and medical anthropology, public health, narrative theory, semiotics, and political anthropology.
